Webinar on legal questions relating to setting up a company as well as on business-relevant German legal areas (tax, commercial, labor and civil law)

What do you need to consider when setting up a company in Germany? Which is the right type of company for me? And which steps to follow in practice?

Companies wishing to establish a subsidiary on the German market often enter new legal territory for them – and legal systems and administrative processes differ from country to country.

Our new member company Menold Bezler had shed some light into these new grounds with a webinar and provides information, advice and tips – so that you can avoid the biggest pitfalls for foreign companies in Germany and make your subsidiary a success.

Our speakers gave an informative introduction to the topic with a focus on company and tax law. Of course, our guests had the opportunity to ask questions.

Speakers:

Hansjörg Frenz, LL.M. (London), partner, lawyer and banker, Menold Bezler

Dr. Michael Grüne, partner, auditor and tax advisor, Menold Bezler
