After a brief overview of EU regulations and specifically of CSDDD and CSRD, in this training we explain the key concepts underlying the regulations and their implementation criteria and provide practical expertise.
We go into more detail about the double materiality analysis. We explain how to deal with a high-risk supply chain. And we show what a suppliers code of conduct can look like and how you should best involve your stakeholders in the process.
